BIO: Dr. Betty Martin is a Chiropractor, a Body
Electric School trained Sacred Intimate, a Certified Sexological
Bodyworker, and the founder of the Institute for Erotic
Education, where she mentors hands-on practitioners in
professional skills. Her 30 years as a hands-on professional
include Network Chiropractic, Somato-Respiratory Integration,
Educational Kinesiology, Neuro-Emotional Integration, Reiki, and
more recently sensual massage, Taoist erotic massage, Kashmiri
tantric massage and sexological bodywork. Her sessions range
from therapeutic neuro-integration, to sexual instruction, to
erotic trance, to sensual indulgence. What they have in common
is a grounded body-based assessment, and clear choices and
agreements. She is the author of the forth-coming book, The
Lover¹s Touch: How to bring your heart into your hands, and what
it can teach you about life and love. She loves sharing her

KATHERINE CUNNINGHAM
Presentation:
Orgasmic Birth? Orgasmic Bleeding!
If the belief structures need to change first and
foremost to actualise an orgasmic birth, so too must the belief
systems be changed to access an orgasmic bleed. When Desire
becomes Stronger than Fear. Looking through The Psychology of
Birth as well as the Biology of Belief, there are colorations to
be made between the needed changes in a woman's belief system to
birth orgasmic as they relate to the menstrual experience. Also
doing the simple illustration through the hormonal cascades and
deep base beat that is the body, we see the practice that is the
bleeding, in preparation for that which is the birthing, to the
expression of that which is the orgasm.
Presentation: The blood and the Libido.
How and where the menstrual cycle affects the sexual
experience, the cyclical nature of libido. The feminine being
truly surrendered to her bodies actual experience, the practiced
state of surrendering, slipping back off the frontal cortex into
the limbic back brain to ease into trance. Be still to the
emotional nature that is there in the belly. By bearing witness,
understanding, expressing and letting go, a clear and honest
bleed can be the emotional cleanse needed whilst living in the
world... "Carving the Bones" as a tool for mapping the
emotional/libido/menstrual experience along side the moons
movement, knowing your "own moon" what phase/sign you were born
to.
Presentation: Tools for the blood, every
day simple tools to make the bleed experience different!
Assuming natural fertility management is clear, for very little of this
can access a body that is numb from the core out. When
prescribing takes on a whole new spectrum; ie, when a woman
presents with "women's troubles" recognising that the state is
so often belief system based, prescribing a CD, a Carving the

Educator, assiting women in opening the intrinsic design of the
human female process of menstruation. Over the past 12

menstrual meditation CD, and created a powerful program, Star
Fire, to assist this intent.
Working in the depths of the shamanic fire, to the softness of
the blood lodge, there are many tools that have been created
along the way to share with practitioners of the sacred sexual
arts to complement their work.

The Meridian Systems and Traditional Chinese Medicine
As the wave of Eastern philosophies, systems of health and our approach to the human body in healing are slowly integrating into the Western world, it’s valuable for healthcare practitioners to have a better understanding of the differences and integrative potential of these two medical models.
We are advancing rapidly into a future that will quickly change our current understanding of our bodies and our environment, the need to marry energetic models with Western science is the next step in health care, and one we are now able to make due to our ability to resource knowledge on a global level for the very first time.
This lecture discusses the differences in approach between Eastern and Western health care, provides an extensive overview of how they each apply, and looks at the true role of palliative versus preventative care. Anyone interested in the healing potentials of the body will gain an understanding of what the future of healthcare will look like and how as practitioners we can already begin to use this model effectively.
Presentation: Remembering Wilhelm Reich
Wilhelm Reich was a contemporary of Freud’s who pioneered the mind/body movement by taking clients off the couch and physically working with the body and breath as a means to heal ‘neurosis’ through a combination of psychoanalytical techniques and his new hands-on approach. Recognising there is a connection between the mind and body he began discovering the concept of Chi -or energy- in the body from a scientific platform, using clinical observation, physical manipulation and laboratory testing to isolate and work directly with this energy. His work is the foundation to many somatic therapies known today and he offered one of the first and only ‘maps’ to outline how tension and release operate throughout the body.
His acknowledgement of sexual stasis as the foundation for many mental and physical illnesses, the detailed description of how this came about, his insistence on sexual education, freedom of choice for women, interpersonal and political social reform as well as his insistence on the sexual rights of adolescents became the cause of much controversy. His persecution grew as he expounded further on this energy or ‘cosmic life force’ that he felt was regulated by the orgasm, creating the genesis of life itself and eventually his work became so controversial that his books were burned and his equipment destroyed as late as 1957. He died in jail that year, one day before he was to be let out for parole, leaving many to wonder if his fear that he would be killed for his work by a system unwilling to allow this information to become public, had been fulfilled.
Despite his fame, his work is still largely unacknowledged to this day, pushed under the rug in order to avoid the questions he raised. Reviving his work today gives us a fascinating look into the physical and energetic responses of the body, our ability to heal through the flow of sexual energy and how stasis of this energy affects us socially and globally, as well as personally.
BIO: Meredith Sands Keator is a shiatsu therapist, acupuncturist, teacher, co-director of a bodywork method called Somatic Stretch and the founder of Neural Resonance Therapy®. Having come from generations of healthcare providers and pioneers in the bodywork field, she has immersed herself into research and a fifteen year private practice. Integrating western and eastern sciences, esoteric anatomy and philosophy, perspectives in bodywork, and weaving the stories together to point out the unity in all forms of bodywork and theory is the focus of her writing and teaching. Working internationally, Meredith teaches programs in a variety of healthcare environments and is currently writing a book on this collective information, known as Neural Resonance Therapy.

Pleasure Activism
Australia is a organization devoted to promoting consensual
sexual pleasure between adults. In her presentation, PAA founder
Alexis Hazell will talk about the group's role in providing an
environment in which sexual healing and growth can take place.
Pleasure Activism Australia does this not only through the group
itself, but also by working towards transforming our society
into one whose relationship to sexuality and sexual pleasure is
more celebratory of sexual diversity and sexual growth.
BIO: Alexis
Hazell is a bigendered, polyamorous, polysexual pleasure
activist with a long-standing interest in building bridges
between various people and communities. In particular, she has a
strong interest in the common challenges faced by those whose
sexualities and relationships lie outside the expectations
and/or demands of heteronormative ideology. Alexis thus
regularly engages in educational and activist work around issues
such as sexuality and spirituality, polyamory and bisexuality.

Robyn Lynn 
Presentation:
From Sex Work to Sacred Sexual Healing Work
Robyn will discuss the challenges and joys of evolving into the sacred realms.
BIO: Robyn Lynn earned a B.A. in Psychology from Macalester College in 2001 followed by serving the community as a Women's Advocate at Chrysalis Center for Women and The Sexual Violence Center, both in Minneapolis. Her first initiation in tantric sexuality occurred in 2004 and set off a series of awakenings that continues now. In 2004-2005, she studied counseling at Antioch University Seattle and then earned a Certificate in Somatic Sexology / Sexological Bodywork from the Institute for the Advanced Study of Human Sexuality in San Francisco in 2007. Along the way, she gathered the wisdom and compassion of Re-evaluation Counseling and the ontological technology of Landmark Education. In the February of 2008 she became an Ordained Priestess in the Madonna Ministries lineage following a nine month initiation and preparation with the Shamanic Priestess Process.

Isabel Hertaeg 
Presentation: 'La Petite Mort - The Orgasm'
A one-woman whirlwind history of sexuality through cabaret. An entertaining historical tour of the western view of female sexuality in a way that is both poignant and also light and entertaining. The show looks at a history of hysteria, once considered a disease of the womb, and how its treatment lead to the invention of the vibrator. The show discusses attitudes to pornography and the feminist pornographic movement and also includes references to Kinsey, Freud, Masters and Johnson, and a few that are perhaps a little more obscure and surprising.
BIO: Isabel Hertaeg trained in Australia as an actor and graduated in 2006. Since then she has worked continuously in arts including Theatre, Musical Theatre, Cabaret Film, TV and Radio. Career highlights include writing, producing and presenting her own arts segment, ‘Get Cultured’ for a youth show on CH 31, and of course ‘The Lounge Set,’ her first and most successful one women cabaret show. Isabel recently launched a preview of a second show ‘Isabel Hertaeg is Marilyn Monroe’ at The Butterfly Club which she will now continue to develop over the next 2 years. Her third cabaret project ‘La Petite Mort – The Orgasm’ premiered at Melbourne Fringe 2008 where it was nominated for the Melbourne Fringe 2008 Cabaret Award.

Graeme Sudholz, along with partner Annette Baulch, facilitates Oztantra Workshops in Brisbane, Byron Bay, Melbourne, and Sydney. He is a Certified Tantra Educator with Source School of Tantra, Hawaii. He has received extensive training from Oceana & Icarus, renowned Australian tantra teachers and original creators of Oztantra, prior to taking over their business in 2006. He is a qualified Breathwork practitioner, with an emphasis on Emotional Intelligence skills. Graeme has a background in farming and is currently running his own contracting business alongside his tantric interests. His background in business, and straight up approach allows men to respond to tantric principles in a way that is quite unique, as tantra is can be seen as “mostly for women." He opens a doorway for men to overcome their fears of intimacy and performance anxiety.
Graeme and Annette have a passion for making the joys of tantra as accessible as possible to the broader community, rather than seeing it as “alternative." They do this through their down to earth approach and their use of everyday language.

She currently has a busy naturopathic clinic, facilitates sacred sexuality courses, does tantric coaching and healing and is author of "The Clearing Generation." Janine has an Ad Dip App Sc (Nat) and has done post graduate courses in Bioenergetic Medicine, Emotional Freedom Technique, Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Tantra, Sacred Sexuality and Sexual healing and is a certified Tantra Practitioner through Hawaiian School of Tantra.
Madonna Sutherland is a Healer, Light worker, Body worker and Descryer. Her wisdom lies in physical personal training, many forms of massage, energy clearing and healing, reiki, past life integration, vibrational medicine, healing. BIO:
Yoah Wexler, PhD has been a mid-wife to consciousness raising and spiritual awakening for over 40 years. He facilitates retreats in Australia, America, Bali, Indonesia and India.
He is a university educated transpersonal psychologist, teacher of meditation and an energy transmission guru in the Shivite lineage of Swami Kripaluananda. He has been a student of yoga since the early 1970's. His 1985 PhD doctoral dissertation in psychology studied the stress reduction effects of hatha yoga on the bodymind.
He has written and produced several video programs. The documentary Enlightenment, and the book Knowing Your Self are his most recent.
He is a modern-day enlightenment master whose philosophy is simple: “You are love. You are that which you seek. There is nothing you have to do. Love is the Truth. Love is the Teacher. Love is the guru. Live Love. Breathe Love. Teach Love.”
